Food Safety Smart Curriculum (#19096)

Intended for use with young adults with moderate intellectual or learning disabilities, this curriculum is designed to help integrate food safety education into individual learning activities taught in the classroom.  Each curriculum unit focuses on one of the four principles of the USDA Fight BAC! Campaign – clean, separate, cook and chill, which are designed to  reduce the risk of foodborne illness.    Additional units introduce the topics of food safety, discuss the microworld and tie all the principles together.
