CD-Rom containing materials needed to conduct a 3-5 hour workshop designed by Beverly Stencel and Hans Hanson.  Intended to help participants gain insights that may enrich their relationships with co-workers of different generations and enhance the productivity of the group.  Focuses on four generations spanning the years 1922 to the present – people with four diverse sets of values, needs, motivations and expectations trying to find common ground in any organization, business or team.
