Promotional marketing tool intended for 4-H members and leaders. Using a TV newscast setting 4-H members report on some of the variety of activities available in 4-H. They focus on 3 events – Wisconsin’s 4-H Youth Conference, 4-H Camp and the State 4-H Aerospace and Small Engine contest. Video from the events is interspersed with interviews with 4-H members who participate in them. (2009) - DVD (14:00).
Demonstrates the initial steps involved in disassembling a small engine starting with draining the oil and removal of the air filter, fuel tank, carburetor, spark plug, governor, and muffler.
