A series of conversations with both residents and service providers in Oneida County, Wisconsin takes a look at how poverty affects all aspects of life there.  After an introduction (10:49), segments focus on Access to both health and child care (8:42), Transportation and the disabled (8:12), Food insecurity (7:00) and Housing (8:41).  Conversations with low-income county residents who discuss their personal situations, are interspersed with service providers who talk about some of the options available to them. (2009) - DVD  (43:00)

Primer on Nutrition Assistance Programs (#18672)
