Building Political Support for Extension in the 21st Century  (#18076)

9/8/97 ETN presentation by UWEX Chancellor Emeritus Patrick Boyle, whose purpose was to stimulate the Cooperative Extension System to analyze the stark new realities of the changing political environment. Boyle suggests implications for building an effective future support strategy and recommends resource materials that may be useful in analyzing current support efforts and building a strategy for the future. Delivering the WACEC Message (#18691)

Healthy Beginnings, Portage County – Look at How We’ve Grown (#18929)

A transformational education case study detailing a parent education and support program lead by Portage County UWEX that includes, child development, nutrition, parenting skills, coping strategies and school readiness.  Participants are also helped with goal-setting and provided resources and referrals. (2007) - DVD  (18:00)

3 panel display describing Family Living’s efforts related to poverty and financial management education. The Urban Initiative: Pioneers in a Spiritual Awakening (#18696)
